The Hon. B. Stout is gazetted Minister of Education. He visits the West Coast shortly along with the Minister of Mines.
The Hon. Mr Ballance leaves for Auckland next week, and will visit Waikato and the Thames.
Dr Diver, the distinguished physician, died last evening from lung disease.
