TAURANOA BUILDING SOCIETY ANNUAL MEETING.
The adjourned amnial meeting of the above Society was hold at thoiv offices on Weducs- | day tho 12th inst. Present : Messrs IVluKellar (Chairman), pray, BiuUllo, Tadhunter, Clarebrough, C. A. Clarke, Bodcll, and Slorris. The minutes of the last annual mooting were read and confirmed. The following Inilaucc-shoet, together with the reports of the Secretary .in<! Auditors, were then road, and. on tho proposition of Mr Grey, aooomlotl by Mr C. A. Clarke, adopted :— SKCIIETAUY's HKJ'OKT. "The Secretary reports that the Society has been very successful in its operations during the puat year, having met with no losses. " A carefully pi'eparcd balance-sheet accompanies this report, with details of eveiy portion thereof. "The number of shareholders is 33, holding 375 shares, 16fJ of "which are realized. "Tho balance to credit of the Society with the Bank of New Zealand is £18G 10a 2d.
