Me H, H. Lusk, tbe present Provincial Secretary of Auckland, arrived by the Southern Cross on last. Mr LuskV mission to Tauranga was to meet the electors and explain his views in relation to the Superintendency, for which high and important office he is a candidate. On Thursday evening a public meeting, convened by poster, was held in the large store lately occupied by Messrs Harrison and Co. There was a very arge and influential attendance, and great interest appeared to be taken in the proceedings. Captain Skeet occupied r 1?
