What is probably the finest sheepskin that has been grown in Poverty Bay was recently exhibited in Gisborne. The skin, which is off a four-year-old crossbred wether, weighs 211b (dry weight). It has one year's growth of wool, and is of excellent quality. It is understood that the wether was originally kept as a pot oojj, /[ddy,-soouqiuoauoo lamb; which may account' for its exceptional development. For Chronic OheeS bciaplainfia.
