Mr Golfincli, in a speech at London, said that the agreement 'by which the Imperial 'Government acquires the Australian wool clip assured the best interests of both parties, and provided a remunerative cash, price. The entire production, irrespective of whether it was shipped or not, has been secured for the Empire's military requirements for the war period, and for trade requirements for a year after'tlie war.
