IN THE GREENHOUSE.
Une "greenhouse needs ample attention, during wet weather, but as a role the more looking,af ter needed the. better it ia epjoyed. The great object must be to keep up a circulation of air so that it is dried. This can be done partially by affording partial ventilation, through doors or eashea, but it. must be partial; and also by giving, the house the benefit of a little fire or lamp teat, to help dry the air. A greenhouse without heating power is a trap for the unwary, as the first sharp frost kills evezy thing tender. Such houses are fit for hardy plants or shrubs in pots only. Keep the house and its contents very dean, and whenever a fine day will admit of its being done have a pail of- : ..water and a soft brush and wash the glass, especially inside, as dirt is apt to congregato and' obstruct the light. _ Where there is a tiled floor, use a mop to dry it as much as possible, when watering and -wathing has been thoroughly done.
