Anderton (Inspector of Nuisances) 'v. ; Abthttr Wilson;— An information for unlawfully allowing a cow and heifer to wander in Shakespeare street on January 18. — Defendant was convicted and fined 5s and costs 7s ; and was also fined 6s and costs, 7s, on a second information of allowing two cows to unlawfully wander on Manse street on the 17th January. Same v. Patrick Keogh— Charged with unlawfully allowing a horse to wander in . Shakespeare street on 13th January. Defendant pleaded guilty and was convicted and fined 5s with costs 7s. ' Same v. Thos. J. Grant.— An information for unlawfully allowing three cows to wander in Manor street on the 18th January. Defendant pleaded not guilty.— Convicted and fined 7s with costs la.
