-4b — TOKO. HIGH SCHOOL. The meeting of householders last night waa not largely attended, only some 36 pc«tonß being present. Mr J. W. Petrie wa 3 voted to the chair. The minutes of the previous annual meeting, were read and confirmed. The Hon. Seoretary (Mr W. Moore), read the annual report, which has already been published. Mr Petrie moved, and Mr Grant seoonded the adoption of tbe report — Carried. The following gentlemen were nominated for the oommittee for the ensuing year s W. Moore, J. W. Petrie, J. Bremner. R. C. Blaok, A. B. Haggitt, R. Murray, J. Nelson, C. King, H. M« William, F. M'Leod, A. Wilson, J. Lookhart, A- M'Kechnie, D. Gordon, nnd A. Littlejohn. On tbe nomination of candidates, Meßsre Littlejohn and M'Leod both stated tbey did not desire to go up for re-election, but on being pressed they consented to do so. Tbe voting resulted as follows : Moore 35, Petrie 34. Blaok 27, Nelßon 27, Littlejohn 24, Murray 23, Haggitt 19, M'Kechnie 18 Wilson. 15.
