Tbe Conncil met at noon on Wednesday and the Governor's ascent to the Appropriation Bill waa announced and then tbe Counoil adjourned sine dii.

Tbe Honse met at 1 p.m. on Wednesday and the Speaker having annonnoed the Governor's went to tbe Pablio Works ApSropriation BUI, and tha Appropriation tl', tbe Premier laid on the table Sapers relating to !r~atr.oa A short iscnssion ensued daring wbich the Hon. Mr Ward said he intended visiting Samoa daring tbe recess if he ooald fiad time at>d hoped hon. members who ooald manage it woold do co also. The Premier then made a few valedictory remarks and promised to do his best daring the reoess to frame a good looal Government measnre. He complimented tbe Speaker npon bis action in the ohair and hoped all would meet next -a* eesaion on friendly terms. The House then adjourned and a 'G*z>tte Extraordinary' {rablished in the evening prorogued Parlament until December 6*.h. bills passsd during the session.
