We were advised by cable the other day that the band of "the Coldstreaia Gruards had been prohibited from playing the air of the new patriotic song " Bouse Yo, Ulster." As people as a rule like " to know you know " when anything new is announced, we, having found a copy of the song in one of our exchanges, and publish it in the Hebalb for the benefit of our readers as follows : ROUSE YE 1 ULSTER !
