GIVEN that at S\ a Special Meeting of the Council of the Borough of Kaitangata, held at the Council Chambers, Kaitangata, on the 22ad day of April, 1891, it was Resolved that the following amended Bye-law and new Byelaw be adopted, and that the same come into force within the Borough on the sth day of June, 1891. And Notice ia Hereby also Given that a Meeting of the Council will be held at the Council Chambers, Kaitaagatn, on Wednesday, the 27th day of May, 1891, at the hour of 8 o'clock in the evening, for the purpose of confirming the Resolution adopting such amended Bye-law and new Bye-law. That the figures 48 and 49 in Clause 48, Part I. of Bye-law No. 1, be alter* d to the figures 45 and 46. That the following new Bye-law be added to Bye*law No. 2:— "Any person wilfully and without the authority of the Council cutting, breaking, barking, rooting up or otherwise destroying or damaging the whole or any part of any tree, sapling, shrub, or underwoed growing in or upon any footway, street, or road, or any land belonging to or under the control or management of the Council."
