HORSE SALES
Messrs Wright, Stephenson & Co. report as follows :— Wright, Stepheuson, and 00. report as follows ;— A moderate number of boraea were yarded for to-day'a sale. The atten dance was not large, and the class of horses waß (with the exception of a very few good draught mares and gelding ) of a very common description, A fair amount of business was transacted, most of the sales being oi light harness and opringcart hordes. We quote : — First-class drangh o at £20 to £25 ; medium draughts, £12 to £15 ; first-class hacks £10 to £17 ; medium, £6 to £8 ; inferior, £1 10s to £5 ; oarriage paira, MO to £60.
