The ' Lyttleton Times ' of Friday last, in reBrringto the illnesß of Mr G. L. Hellish, R.M., says that he is confined to his bed with bronchitis, the result of a severe cold contracted in the discharge of bis Magisterial duties. The only woDder is that all the officers who have to do duty in that draught inviting rabbit -warren, yclept the Resident Magistrate's Court, have »ot been laid up with some serious affection Jong before this.
