NEW ADVERTISEMENTS. NOTICE. OWING to the great demands which are at present being made upon the Otago Benevolent Institution, the resources of which are totally inadequate to meet even ordinary requirements, the undersigned have been requested to notify that the Central Committee have resolved to hold a Monster Bazaar and Buuce Auction in the Garrison Hall, Dunediu, on the 31st May, to enable the Institution to respond to the calls made upon it. The Residents of Milton and the County of Bruce are earnestly requested to lend a helping hand. Donations in Produce and Articles for tho Bazaar will be thankfully received by the Committee, and nothing offered will be despised. All parties desirous of rendering assistance are requested to leave their donations at the Wool Stores of Messrs W. J. Dyer & Co., who have kindly consented to set apart a room in their Premises for that purpose. It is to be boped that Ba»s of Cereals and Root Crops, Dairy Produce and Stock, either alive or dead, will (igure largely in the returns from Milton and Bruce.
