(By Cable.) (Lleutek's Special.) London, May 24. Mr Parnell has given notice in the House of Comaions of a motion setting forth the necessity for granting Home Rule to Ireland. Five per cent New Zealand 10.40 loan, 103 ; five per cent. New Zealand loan, 18S9, 104^. The -wheat market is dull. Tallow is firm. At the wool sales to-day 10, GOO bales were offered, making a total of 272,500 bales catalogued since the opening. At to-day'd auction prices were firmly maiutaiued. In the House of Commons to-day Kir Henry Drummond Wolff introduced a motion in favor of refusal being given to Mr Bracllau^h's claim for exemption from not taking the oath. The House negatived the motioD, but allowed an amended proposal to be referred to the .Select Committee On the question. At the wool sale to-day 9300 bales were offered, making a total of 251.800 bales catalogued since the opening. The toue of the sale was rather weaker. Sir William V urn on Ilarcourt, who was appointed Home Secretary in the new Ministry, but was defeated in seeking re election for Oxford, has been elected for Derby, in the place of Samuel PlimsoL', Esq., resigned.
