Tuesday, 25th May. (Before E. 11. Carew, Esq., R,M.) M'GILL V. KSSON. In this case the summons had not been served and the Bunch granted extention of tima till next sitting of the Court. MOORE V. TOLCHKK. No appcarauce of defendant. Case adjourned by consent to Tuesday, the Sth June. OLEM-EDI ROAD BOARD V. MACK IK. Claim, £16 16h, a judgment summons. Mr Reid appeared lor plaintiffs. Peter Farrell, Clerk of the Court, gave evidence as to the former action, wherein judgment was obtained, and that defendant answered the former summons at the late Courthouse, where the case wa3 adjourned. His Worship, with the consent of counsel for plaintiffs, allowed defendant one month to pay the amount, with 20s costs ; in default 14 days' imprisonment in Invercargill gaol.
