They hope that Shooting by Unlicensed Persons and Poachingof any sort will be prevented as far as possible. It is known that during last season several persons employed themselves in killing and illegally selling Game,\and this spoiled the shooting for j legitimate sportsmen. The Society will gladly co. operate with any person in procuring con-' victiona of breaches of the Act. and they would desire to point out that trespassing on private properly with a dog or gun, without permission of the proprietor, is a breach of the law, and that any person so offending is liable to a penalty not exceeding £20. s TENDERS.
