Mr William Sarginson applied for a renewal of his license for land adjoining section 3, block XXXI., Kaitangata district, under the 149 th section of the Land Act, 1877. License to issue for one year,. at £1 per annum, under clause 86. ' TABLE HILL. ' Mr W. Gooday, for Mr J. W. M'Rae, asked that sections 10, 11, and 35, block IV., Table Hill, be thrown open for sale on application, the lease of them having expired. The District Land Officer ffo r warded a memo, thereon. As far as the mining interest ' was' concerned, the Board would be guided by the report of the Wardens.
