' Ghbistohuroh. t ,■•,■ The Agricultural Show on Friday was an itnmenßa snccess. The totals number: of entries wag 922, aa against 8971 ast year. The competition in nearly every department was exceedingly keen. The NZ. and Australian Land Company and &leßsr3 -Gilliea and Street took the bulk of the prise* in th» Leicester and Lincoln sheep class The display of sheep, cattle, horses, implements, and manufactures waa very fine. The attendance w.a& largely in excess of any previous year. Over £700 -was taken at the gates, representing nearly 14,000 visitors. WEItHNOTOir. The Agricultural Show on Friday was a great success, over .3000 visitors being present. The weather was beautiful i, AUCKXAKDv The Agricultural and Pastoral Show,entries numbered 112 hones, 82 sheep, 4=6 swine, 15 dairy produce.
