X Bombay, October 31. Tbe French Ministry have resigned, to leave President MacMahon free. The Russians have captured Tel Cbie, on the road to Orchani, Seven companies, a Pasha, several officers, and three guns were taken. ■-•-,£.. Mukhtar Pasha telegraphs that tbe Russians are encamped at Agas, three hours' distance. • Alice Rhodes, one of the Penge murderers, has-been granted free pardon, and Staunton, another of them, has been sentenced to penal servitude for life.
