NOTICE T3 HEREBY GIVEN that the PARTNERSHIP hitherto subsisting between the uniersigned Richard Hem^t Least and Gtosoß Grant, carrying on Business in Dunedin as Accountants and Commission Agents, under the style or firm of LEARY & GRANT, has This Day been DISSOLVED by mutual consent. PROOF having been giren to the Assessment Court of the Road District of Waihola that no Valuation Lists, as required by the Rating Act, 1876, have been prepared for the said Road District, I hereby appoint Mr John M'Nicol, of Waihola, a Valuer to make such list* ; and hereby fix and appoint the times and places following for the purposes hereinafter stated— For the preparation, signing, and transmi ttal of Valuation Lists to the local body, up to the 7th April, 1877. For the deposit of the Valuation Lists for public inspection — the residence of the Clerk to the Road Board, Waihola, from the 7th to the 14th April, 1877. For lodging objections to the Valuation Lists, or to any matter therein, on or before the 20th April, 1877.
