Prido of tho Hills, Painter, Viva, and Meteor are backed for the Sydney Cup. There has been no sipn of the transit of Vulcan during the last two days. March 23. Governor Kennedy arrived at Townsville ou Tuosday by the Torres mail. One case of Small-pox on board. Tho vessel has been quarantined
