Sydney. March 15. The House has refused supplies to the Government by a majority of six. Debate lasted till 2.30 a.m. A dissolution is expected. The Tararua has sailed for New Zealand. March 16. The Governor has refused to allow the dissolution of Parliament, and the Government have resigned. Archbishep Polding died to-day, and will be buried on Monday. Mr Parkes has been commissioned to form a new Ministry. Match 17. Nothing "authentic, as no new Ministry had been formed. Sailed— Easby. Melbourne, March 17. The Combined Team concluded their innings for 245, Bannerman (not out), 165. Later. The Englishmen are all out for 196. Of the Combined Team six are out for 58 ; Horan, 20.
