IN THE SUPREME COURT OF NEW ZEALAND OTAGO AND SOUTHLAND DISTRICT. In the matter of " The Debtors and Creditors Act 1875 " and in the matter of the liquidation of the Estate of William Shand of Kaitangata Storekeeper and Sawmiller a debtor. WE the undersigned creditors of the above named William Shand met together at a meeting of creditors duly convened under the provisions of " The Debtors and Creditors Act 1875 " and held at the Resident Magistrate's Courthouse Balclutha on this sixth day of May one thousand eight hundred a»d deventy-six being satisfied that the whole of the property of the said debtor has been realised for the benefit of his creditors hereby declare that the liquidation be closed and we resolve that it shall be deemed to have been closed at and after the date of this resolution. I hereby certify that the above ia a copy of a resolution passed at a meeting of the creditors of the said William Shand held this day under the provisions of " The Debtors and Creditor Act 1875." Andit is hereby notified that at the said meeting it was rosolved that the said William Shand be discharged from all debts claims and demands provable under the liquidation and that such discharge was then and there granted to the said William Shand by tho creditors present at the said meeting.
