THE Proprietor of the REAL MACKAY COAL QUARRY begs respectfully to invite the Public of Milton and vicinity to a PIC-NIC to he held in honor of the opening of the New Road to the Mine, and trusts that they will largely avail themselves of this opportunity of examining the wonders of Nature, as exemplified in the extensive Coal deposits of tha district, and the picturesque portion of country opened up by the New Road, which will form the most pleasant and enjoyable drive out of Milton. An Instrumental Band will be in attendance Refreshments in abundance on the ground throughout the day. Sports provided for young and old. Dancing on the green, &c. Family parties invited. The party headed by the Band will leave the "Real Mackay Coal Office, Milton, at 10 o'clock sharp. No special invitations issued.
