MISCELLANEOUS. (SHEDULE A.) I the undersigned WILLIAM HENRY LINK hereby make application to register the " Canada Quartz Mining Company, Registered," under the provisions of " The Mining Companys' Limited Liability Act, 1865," and I do solemnly and sincerely declare that the following statement is, to the best of my belief and knowledge, true m every particular, namely : — 1. The name of the Company is the "Canada Quartz Mining Company, Registered." ! 2. The place of intended operations is at Canada Reef, Table Hill District. 3 The nominal Capital of the Company is Four Thousand Five Hundred Pounds (£4,500) in Four Hundred and Fifty (450) shares of Ten Pounds (£10) each. 4. The amount already paid up is Two Thousand Four Hundred Pounds (£2,400). 5. The name of the Manager is William Henry Line. 6.
