I GEORGE ORAMS, late of Tokomai- • riro, Publican, being the holder of a General License under "Licensing Ordinance, 1864," in respect of the said house and premises do hereby give notice that, it is my intention to apply at the next Quarterly Licensing Meeting, to be holden in and for the said district, on Tuesday, the 12th day. of September next, to the Justices, to transfer the said License from myself to WILLIAM -RYAN, my appointee. And I (hereby give notice that Mr. T. Lynch, of Tokomairiro, and Mr. James Gillon, of Tokomairiro, are willing to become sureties of the said William Ryan, to enter with him into the required recognisances.
