Lawson — Ll4 Bs. for wages. Judgment for LlO 16s. and costs. Marshall v. M'Lerinan— L4 16s. claim for attendance on sick horses. • Mr Jones for defendant objected that as there was an entry in plaintiffs books relating to the claim, the books should be produced: Case adjourned to Fri day for the production of the books.
