Ross, of Wisconsin Mrs. Ettlinger, New York Mrs. Tigler, New York Miss Eustace White, New York. Tiie White Star Company officially state that the Titanic was equipped with life-saving appliances for all passengers, and the hoatage accommodation was in excess of the Board of Trade requirements. New York is mystified at the silence of the officials of the Carpathia as to how tlie Titanic sank. Even a request by President Taft was not answered.
