Press Assn—By telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 13, 10.30 a.m.) " ; SYDNEY, This Day. Information has been received regarding the formation of a Chinese Navy. The scheme, provides for the sending of an ample number of students abroad; for training establishment, and naval schools on the coast and Riverine provinces. The proposed ships include two cruisers, two protected cruisers, two despatch vessels, four destroyers, and six torpedo boats. Two cruisers are now building in England.
