WEBER COUNTY COUNCIL, "N pursuance and exercise of the ■ powers vested in it in this behalf by the Counties Act, 1908, the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908, and any other Act or axithority enabling it, the Weber County Council doth hereby by way of Special Order make and ordain the following bylaw : 1. This bylaw may be cited as the Noxious Weed Bylaw, and shall come into operation on the 21st day of April, 1910. 2. Noxious weed means the definition given to those words by Section 2 of the Noxious Weeds Act, 1908. 3. All the weeds in the schedule hereto are hereby declared noxious weeds in the County of Weber.
