Press Assn—By telegraph—Copyright. iNJinV i'OliK, March 14. President Taft and Earl Grey are to be banquetted at Albany on the 19th. This wiil be the'first time a President will hold a meeting with the Governor-General of Canada. It is expected at Washington that President Taft will combine with the proclamation giving Canada the minimum rates and promise to do Ms best to secure reciprocity at some future date.
