Press Assn—By telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 15, 9 a.m.) LONDON, March 14. Chinese interference in Tibet is due to the Dalai Lama sending envoys to St. Petersburg. The Chinese Government proposals are to separate the ecclesiastical and political functions at Lhassa, and to deprive the pontificate of the latter.
