MUTINY AMONGST CONVICTS. Press Assn—By telegraph—Copyright. (Received March 15, 9 a.m.) ST. PETERSBURG, March 14. Fourteen convicts, while travelling in a waggon attached to a mail train to Moghileo, extinguished the lights and attacked the warders while the train was in motion. Three warders and eleven convicts were killed or wounded.
