NOMINATIONS close at the Secretary's office, Woodville, at 8 p.m. on Monday, 31st January, 1910. WEIGHTS for all races on first day of meeting will be declared on Friday, 11th February, 1910. ACCEPTANCES for all races on first day of meeting and entrance for Maiden and Scurry, close with the Secretary at Woodville at 8 p.m. on Wednesday, 16th February, 1910. WEIGHTS for all races on second day of meeting will be declared about 8.30 o'clock on the evening of the first day's races. ACCEPTANCES for second day's races close with the Secretary at the Club's rooms, Woodville, at 9.30 on the evening of the first day's races. CONDITIONS. 1. Races 4, 6, and B*on each day are open to all horses. * 2. No deduction will be made from the advertised stakes. 3. Hack Definition.—No horse shall be eligible to start in the Hack events which has at the time of nomination won a race of the value of lOOsovs. to the winner, or races of the aggregate value of 250sovs. to the winner. The amount won by any horse in flat races, hurdle races, or steeplechases respectively; shall be estimated separately, aiid shall not debar such horse from entry except in the special class of race in which he has won the amounts. 4. Description, age, pedigree, and performances of horses, colors of riders and names of trainers must accompany nominations. 5. Entries MUST be accompanied bv cash, cheque, or post-office order. 6. Every entry shall state the name or assumed name of the owner or owners. 7. Owners of horses which are liable under the Rules of Racing to be bracketed on the Totalisator must give notice to that effect not later than the hour of acceptance or entry for Maiden and Scurry, as the case may be, under penalty of not less than £lO or more than £IOO. PENALTIES. Flat .Races. —The winner of any flat race (after declaration of weights, .if handicapped under Bst. 101b.) to carry 10}b. penalty, and for every additional race 61b. extra. If handicapped at Bst. 101b. or over, _to carry only half the above penalties. Hurdle'Races.—The winner of any hurdle race after declaration of weights to carry 101b. penalty in the hurdle race, of two or more hurdle races 211b. penalty. Telegraph Office closes at 8 p.m. . E.
