A movement influentially supported lias,, been initiated for the international interchange students. .It is proposed to make a three years' experiment at a cost of £4500 per annum. It is proposed to establish. 14 travelling scholarships available in the universities of the United Kingdom, ten> in America and four in Canada; also to establish bureaux in New York and London to furnish information relating to American, Canadian, British and other Englishspeaking universities.
