FOOTBALL.
The Maoktuku schoolboys defeated the Woodvillo boys on the "Rec." today hy 6 to nil. \The North and. South School teams met and tried conclusions at football this afternoon. After an evenly contested game the North School won by 3 points to nil, Burtenshaw scoring a try. Mr Watt acted ' as referee to the satisfaction of the juveniles. The annual football match Banks and Lawyers v. Stock and Station Agents is being played on the "Bee." this afternoon. At half-time Finance and Law had: scored a try to nil.
