Turkey is issuing a loan of £4,282,---840 at four per cent., with a minimum of 89^, in London, Paris, Berlin and .Turkey, chiefly secured by the Customs at. Constantinople, Smyrna, Salonika, Beyrout, Adrianoplo. and Broussa.
