Press Assn— By telegraph— Copyright. PARIS, last night. ■ M. Barthow, French Minister for" Works, speaking in French Lorraine, ■referred to Casablanca. He said France was faced by an inadmissable claim. She was unable to submit to servitude. The Government remembered that certain conditions could not bo imposed on France. The army was in a position to face all ■eventualities. At -that moment the whole country was steadily confronting the enemy. .
