.(Received this day, 8.15 a.m.) LONDON, Yesterday. • Mr John Redmond says the Budget is bad, unjust, and oppressive. The old age pensions will certainly benefit Ireland to the extent of 2% millions, but the money could have been spent to greater benefit in Ireland in increasing transport and general development. The Nationalists have decided to vote against the second reading.
