Press Assn — By telegraph— Copyright. (Received' this day, 8.15 a.m.) LONDON, yesterday. : The Times says that Australia has the honor of being the second dominion to offer a Dreadnought. The gratitude with Avhieh Government accepted the offer is shared in full by the whole nation, as well as by the citizens of other overseas dominions. That feeling is increased by the proof of confidence in the Admiralty afforded by Australia's readiness to give, while the manner of how tho gift is to be applied is left to the judgment of tho Imperial authorities.
