MEETINGS OF CREDITORS.
A meeting of creditors in the estate of P. Vale was held this morning. Present : The D.Q.A. (presiding, Messrs Bunny, (Williams and Kettle), Stubbs (N.Z. Loan and Mer- . ! cantile Agency Compony), Johnstop, and J. McDonald. Bankrupt was also present. i ThoD. OX stated that he had-.no- ' assistance in connection with the/estate from the bankrupt, and. bankrupt's promise to collect accounts had amounted- to him fetching in 10s'tha>t morning. ."■...■. He was closely questioned on. his affairs, and it was decided to allow bankrupt time to 'get work, after which he would be expected to contribute up to 10s in the £on his liabilities.
