INVERCARGILL APPROVES.
INVERCARGILL, last night, A meeting representative of Winton residents to-day discussed the proposed visit to England and passed a cordially worded resoluion of congratulation to Government, and particularly to the Premier, on the decision come to by members yesterday. The meeting expressed pride in Sir Joseph Ward as the electorate's representative in Parliament. The motion concluded: "Awarua will watch your progress at Home, will share the honors confei-red on you, and will bo ever ready to welcome you back."
