The seventh review to be held at Spithead on the 12th inst. will exclusively comprise, warships always fully manned, always in home waters, always fully stored sis for action, and always under war training. They will be anchored in seven lines occupying 18 miles of sea rodm, and will include 24 battleships, 16 armoured cruisers, 8 other cruisers, 4 scouts, 48 destroyers, 35 submarines, and 9 auxiliaries.
