Advertisers in the country can remit payment by money-order or postage stamps. Advertisements inserted by the month" or quarter, and withdrawn »t any time, before the expiry of a 'monthly or quarterly period, are charged for as if inserted for the full term. Alterations to standing advertisements should be handed in by 2 p.m. the day before they are required to appear.
