| AN INTERIM JUDGMENT. [PBEBB ASSOCIATION.] WELLINGTON, to-day. An interim judgment was delivered by Mr Justice Cooper in "regard to the .application of J. J. Patterson, solicitor and sawmiller, of Dannevirke, for approval of the court tb a deed of composition of' 12s 6d in the £ in his estate.
