"Hack" shall mean a horse that has never won. over £25 in any race of any description at time of entry. A limited number of permits will be issued to approved Bookmakers at two guineas each. Permits must be obtained from the Secretary before 11.30 a.m. "on day of races. Bookmakers plying their occupation without a permit will be removed and prosecuted. No entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes, and objections ' shall be determined by the provisions of the "Rules of Racing." j In all nominations, descriptions, age, pedigree, and performances of horses, name of trainer, and colors of the riders must be given.
