Rankin, bookseller, against tho decision of the magistrate in the Lower Court who fined Rankin for having sold a book, to wit, "Anna Lombard," which, was said to have been of an immoral character. His Honor said lie had read the book, which appeared to him to be very stupid. One passage he remembered which might bo objected to, but the magistrate had evidently objected to the nature of the whole book, and was qxi,ite justified in dong so. The case is proceeding.
