THE VOTING. In ordor to prevent misapprehension to-morrow we desire to point out to the electors that in recording their votes in the Parliamentary election they simply strike out the name of tlio candidate for whom they do NOT desiro to vote. In the No-license poll, if voting for No-license, the voter strikes out the top line of the three issues, while if voting for continuance the voter strikes out the two lower lines, leaving the top one uncancelled.
