[press association.] AUCKLAND, to-day. Mr Moss read a letter at his Remuera meeting from the ex-hotel-kecper who had made certain allegations of bribery in regard, to the transfer of a hotel license, stating that, acting under the advice of his solicitor, he requested Mr Moss to discontinue action on his behalf publicly and privately, and asking for thq return of all bis papers and docui ments. Mr Moss added: "There ■ it is; you can draw yonr own conolu- - sioiis."
